What is Spiritual Life Coaching?:

Spiritual Life Coaching is about guiding you to your inner peacefulness, joy and bliss while replacing inner doubt, self-defeating belief systems, anxiety, low self-esteem, low self-image or any negative condition you wish to grow away from.  A good coach is trained to listen until they do not exist ... Only the client exists during the coaching session whether by phone, in-person, or by email.

My personal preference for coaching is to initially hear the client over the phone with subsequent sessions by email. eCoaching ...The email form of coaching is helpful for both coach and client as it allows for a written record for both to return to as the coaching sessions progress. This form of coaching also allows the client to refer back to the written notes long after coaching has ceased, for needed inspiration.

I must stress that a coach is not a therapist, a psychologist, a counselor or someone who specializes in mental illness. A coach is a person who works with individuals and groups to help them achieve the life they truly want for themselves. A coach's job is to help their clients tap into what they really want out of life and then empowers them to complete the action plan they have set out.

Good coaches live by example. My greatest intention is to first practice self-love. I understand that without self love, I can not, realistically, be in a good place to help others love themselves, mentally, physically or spiritually. Most importantly, coaches help people who want to help themselves. The whole coaching process must be a co-creation, a dance between client and coach while arriving at the best intentions and solutions for your inner growth and wellbeing.
